What to Expect

In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high-quality care and excellent service.  Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care.  Our commitment to you is to continue offering world-class service and a state-of-the-art veterinary facility.

Our motto is “Serving Pets and People.” We want to provide the best care for pets while keeping in mind the individual needs of their caretakers. We want to be able to help all members of the family! We strive to do this in a way that reflects our underlying desire to use Jesus as our example and the Bible as our guide in all that we do.  We hope always to do our best and have this motivation in how we treat your precious pets. 

Annual check-ups

Your pet’s annual veterinary check-up will include a complete physical exam, with a thorough investigation of your pet’s head, body, tail, and all his assorted cavities, followed by a discussion of your pet’s current state of health.

Be prepared to answer questions regarding your pet’s eating, behavior, elimination, and other activities.  It’s a good idea to keep an accurate medical diary. We recommend that you keep track of small shifts in your pet’s behavior, including urinary marking habits, mood swings, and diet and routine modifications. Take this notebook when you visit the vet. These seemingly unrelated occurrences may help explain the results of your pet’s medical tests.

Choose a veterinarian who is calm, compassionate, and willing to explain clearly what is going on with your pet. 

referring to a specialist

If needed, we may refer your pet to a veterinary specialist. A veterinary specialist is a veterinarian who has completed advanced studies in specialties such as internal medicine, surgery, and emergency care.
